RETURNS

We hope you love your L’ÉTÉ pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you depending on availability.

Refunds
We usually accept the return within 3 working days after the delivery date to our warehouse. At peak times it can take up to 7 business days. Upon acceptance, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email.

Refund times vary according to the payment method chosen:

Credit card: our bank will refund you within 7 working days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer.
